All products offered on the Site are intended for laboratory research and development use only and are not for human or animal consumption.   • SMS/Text: If you opt in to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We obtain consent for marketing text messages as required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

7. Do Not Sell or Share / Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

a. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

b. Residents of Other U.S. States

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including, for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. c. International Users

The Site is intended for users located in the United States, and we do not ship products internationally. We do not target the Site or our products to individuals located outside the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, complete and document transactions, comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations (including product labeling, lot/batch, and traceability recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the applicable legal requirements. In general, we retain account information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward; order and transaction records for up to seven (7) years to satisfy tax, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, including product labeling and lot/batch traceability; and marketing contact information until you opt out or request deletion. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Payment transactions are processed through providers that use industry-standard security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Age and Eligibility / Children’s Privacy

The Site and its products are intended solely for users who are of legal age and who are acquiring products for legitimate research or business purposes.
